The 16th Annual Woolly Worm Festival is now accepting vendors for the 2012 festival. Vendor sites include pony rides, petting zoo, food, games, rides and exhibits. Vendor spaces are approximately 10’ X 10’ in the grass at Hufnagle Park. Vendors are also responsible for providing their own tables and chairs. Electricity is not provided.
Advertising for the festival will be done on television, radio, newspapers, travel guides, and the internet. Also, flyers will be handed out at local schools and area businesses.
Vendor Fee Schedule
* $45 per space if signed up and paid by 9/12/13
* $60 per space if signed up and paid after 9/12/13
The vendor fee deposit is due with the application, no exceptions. The Kiwanis of Buffalo Valley and the WWF committee reserve the right to reject any application at their discretion.
