Vendors
The 15th Annual Woolly Worm Festival is now accepting vendors for the 2011 festival. Vendor sites include pony rides, petting zoo, food, games, rides and exhibits. Vendor spaces are approximately 10’ X 10’ in the grass at Hufnagle Park. Vendors are also responsible for providing their own tables and chairs. Electricity is not provided.
Advertising for the festival will be done on television, radio, newspapers, travel guides, and the internet. Also, flyers will be handed out at local schools and area businesses.
Vendor Fee Schedule
* $45 per space if signed up and paid by 9/8/11
* $55 per space is signed up and paid after 9/8/11
The vendor fee deposit is due with the application.
*Food Vendors: 20% of gross sales in addition to the standard fee above.
