Get Involved
There are several ways to get involved with the Woolly Worm Festival. We are always looking for event sponsors at various levels to help offset our costs. Plus, we welcome community participation from individuals and organizations who are interested in lending a hand from everything from planning and preparation to event day staffing!
The festival is an enjoyable family event that pulls the local communities together and showcases the Central Susquehanna Valley, all based around our Woolly Worm Weather Prognostication. All proceeds from the festival are filtered back to the community to benefit local children’s interests. (Disbursements for the previous fiscal year are available upon request).
Sponsorships Opportunities:
Platinum ($1000+): Sponsors our main entertainment group, which is typically a musical act. Platinum sponsors will be announced prior to and after the entertainment takes the stage. Your logo or business name will also be prominently displayed on the signage at the entrance to the festival and stage area. Sponsors are also welcome to provide a banner to display at the event.
Gold ($500-$999): Sponsors our magic act, ‘Damian the Magician’. Gold sponsors will receive placement signage at the stage and recognition will be announced by the festival DJ.
Silver ($100–$499): Sponsors our local musical artists, KJ and Eric Sundberg. Silver sponsors will receive signage on our community sponsor’s board and recognition will be announced by the festival DJ.
Bronze ($25-$99): Sponsors the Moon Bounce Rental and Pet Parade.
